  • Travel Bugs is a travel agency based in Delhi, India, offering travel packages, hotel bookings, and flight ticketing services.
  • By accessing our website and services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding agreements.

2. Bookings and Payments

  • All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation from airlines, hotels, or service providers.
  • Full or partial payment may be required at the time of booking, depending on the service chosen.
  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice due to fluctuations in exchange rates, airline fares, or hotel tariffs.
  • Payments made are considered final unless otherwise stated in our cancellation/refund policy.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

    At Travel Bugs, we understand that travel plans may change unexpectedly. This Cancellation & Refund Policy explains the terms under which cancellations and refunds are handled for flight bookings, hotel reservations, and travel packages booked through us.

    1. General Terms
    All cancellations must be requested in writing via email at singla@travelbugs.com or by contacting our customer support team.
    Cancellation charges vary depending on the service provider (airline, hotel, or tour operator) and are beyond our direct control.
    Refunds, if applicable, will be processed after deducting cancellation charges, service fees, and applicable taxes.

    2. Flight Bookings
    Cancellation and refund policies for flights are governed by the respective airline.
    Some airfares may be non-refundable. For refundable tickets, airline cancellation fees will apply.
    Refunds will be issued after the airline confirms the cancellation.

    3. Hotel Bookings
    Cancellation terms depend on the hotel’s individual policy.
    Some bookings may allow free cancellation within a specific period, while others may be fully or partially non-refundable.
    No-shows (failure to check-in without prior notice) will be treated as cancellations and are usually non-refundable.

    4. Travel Packages
    For domestic packages:
    Cancellations made 30 days or more before departure: Full refund (after deducting service fees).
    Cancellations made 15–29 days before departure: 50% of the package cost will be refunded.
    Cancellations made less than 15 days before departure: No refund.
    For international packages:
    Cancellations made 45 days or more before departure: Full refund (after deducting service fees).
    Cancellations made 30–44 days before departure: 50% refund.
    Cancellations made less than 30 days before departure: No refund.

    5. Refund Timelines
    Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–21 working days depending on the airline, hotel, or service provider.
    The refund will be credited to the original mode of payment.

    6. Force Majeure
    In case of cancellations due to circumstances beyond our control (natural disasters, strikes, government regulations, pandemics, etc.), refunds will be subject to policies of the respective service providers.

4. Travel Documents

  • It is the traveler’s responsibility to ensure they have valid passports, visas, health certificates, and any other required documents for their journey.
  • Travel Bugs will not be held liable for any issues arising from incomplete or incorrect travel documentation.

5. Liability

  • Travel Bugs acts only as an intermediary between clients and airlines, hotels, transport operators, and other suppliers.
  • We are not responsible for any injury, loss, damage, accident, delay, or irregularity caused by third-party service providers.
  • Any dispute or claim must be addressed directly with the service provider unless otherwise stated.

6. Travel Insurance

  • We strongly recommend that all travelers purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering trip cancellations, medical expenses, lost baggage, and other risks.

7. Changes in Itinerary

  • Travel Bugs reserves the right to modify or cancel any itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances, including natural disasters, airline schedule changes, or government regulations.
  • In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to offer alternative arrangements.

8. User Responsibilities

  • You agree to use our website and services lawfully and responsibly.
  • Any misuse, fraudulent activity, or breach of these terms may result in cancellation of your bookings without refund.

9. Governing Law

  • These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India.
  • Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi, India.
